User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create, import, save, or process within Nuro.

Nuro does not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
AI Generated Content
Nuro uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate summaries, tags, recommendations, memory connections, reminders, and answers.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, contain mistakes, or omit important information.
Users should independently verify important information before relying on it for personal, legal, medical, financial, educational, or professional decisions.
Nuro does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated output.
Third-Party Services
Certain optional features may rely on third-party services.

- Google Gemini or other cloud AI providers
- Public website processing
- Public video processing
- Cloud enhancement for personal memories, if explicitly opted in
When you choose to use these services, you are also subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
While Nuro attempts to locally scrub Personally Identifiable Information (PII) before sending any data to these third-party services, we cannot guarantee absolute anonymization. You should avoid transmitting highly sensitive personal or confidential information.
If you provide your own API credentials, you are responsible for complying with the applicable provider's terms of service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Nuro to:
- Violate any applicable law
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or harmful content
- Circumvent security measures
- Abuse third-party AI services
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks
Data Management
Nuro provides tools that may allow users to delete memories, import memories, export memories, and clear stored data.
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important information.
Nuro is not responsible for data loss resulting from user actions, device failure, application removal, or system malfunction.
No Warranty
Nuro is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranties are provided, no guarantee of uninterrupted service is made, no guarantee of data preservation is made, and no guarantee of AI accuracy is made.
Use of the application is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nuro and its developers shall not be liable for data loss, business interruption, lost profits, indirect damages, consequential damages, or reliance on AI-generated content.
This limitation applies even if the possibility of such damages has been advised.
Changes to the Application
Features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed at any time without prior notice.
Nuro may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination
You may stop using Nuro at any time by uninstalling the application. These Terms remain applicable to actions taken prior to termination.
