Intended Use

IDify helps users create, format, and align passport and ID photo layouts for printing.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that exported photos meet the specific official requirements of the government or authority requesting them.

User Responsibility

When using IDify, you agree to and accept responsibility for:

• Selecting appropriate high-quality source photos that follow official headwear and lighting rules.
• Verifying the final generated image dimensions and biometric alignment prior to application submission.
• Complying with all applicable local, national, and international passport and visa regulations.

Intellectual Property

The application, including its source code, design elements, visual interfaces, graphics, branding, logos, and proprietary algorithms, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of the developer.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Although IDify is designed according to biometric guidelines to generate print-ready passport photos, final acceptance of any photo is determined solely by the issuing passport or visa authority. We cannot guarantee acceptance in every individual situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the application.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
